Why Semi-Private Training?
Contender Semi-Private Training provides personalized fitness and lifestyle prescriptions for each client completely separate from the large group training. Stronger relationships are built between the coach and client that include different forms of accountability – helping the client figure out their “why” and connecting priority to their goals. During Semi-Private Classes, members work closely with one of our coaches – alongside a small group of like-minded individuals. The coach each athlete is assigned to will tailor workout routines to meet the specific needs and abilities of each participant. This personalized approach allows for individualized attention, ensuring proper form, technique, and progression throughout the classes. Each client will receive guidance and support to help achieve fitness goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety and effectiveness.

Based on the goals set with your coach, training/programming will specifically be planned out to help you achieve them!
Training Time Blocks
Similar to large group classes, we have time slots to specifically be seen/taught under a coach. Although they may not be watching your every move like a Personal Training experience, this small group environment still allows the coach and athlete to interact a lot more often – correcting technique, form, and enhancing results!
