Our Kickstart Programs provide the introduction every new & experienced CrossFitter needs to understand the methodology, modalities, nutrition, lifestyle, & culture of CrossFit the Contender way. Our Kickstart Programs are specifically designed for onboarding athletes who are interested in large group class training through Level Method Assessments. Athletes will be going into class with their overall level color.
This group fitness program is geared towards beginners as well as more seasoned athletes. In a welcoming community environment, you will find constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity through the Level Method & the three CrossFit modalities – gymnastics, weightlifting & monostructural activities.
24-hour Guided Access to our gym provides you with round-the-clock entry to our facility, coupled with personalized workout programming designed by our expert coaches. While the coach may not always be physically present, their carefully curated programs ensure that you receive tailored guidance and support for your fitness journey at any hour. Whether you prefer early morning workouts or late-night sessions, our Guided Access membership empowers you to achieve your fitness goals on your schedule, with professional guidance every step of the way.
Our Nutrition program provides a personalized, goal-oriented nutrition prescription for each client. Stronger relationships are built between the coach and client that include different forms of accountability – helping the client figure out their “why” and connecting priority to their goals. A touch on Lifestyle Prescriptions will help enhance this habit-based process for longer-lasting results.
Small Group Training can provide a more 1-on-1 experience between the coach and athletes with no more than 2-5 athletes at a time. Although it is still a group setting, the client touches happen more frequently to zone in on movement, skill, technique, conditioning, and/or strength.
The purpose behind our Personal Training is to provide a personalized training plan for each client with a 1-on-1 experience. The assigned coach will be able to give undivided attention to movement and goals of the athlete.
The Legends Class is geared towards older adults (50+) focusing on strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Every workout is specifically designed to accommodate the fitness level and physical limitations of each person.
Through our kid’s fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence. We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to LOVE exercise.
We accept ages from 8-12+ and go by 6-8 week sessions, ask us about our next training session!
