Kickstart Programs

Our Kickstart Programs provide the introduction every new & experienced CrossFitter needs to understand the methodology, modalities, nutrition, lifestyle, & culture of CrossFit the Contender way. Our Kickstart Programs are specifically designed for onboarding athletes who are interested in large group class training through Level Method Assessments. Athletes will be going into class with their overall level color.

Group Class

This group fitness program is geared towards beginners as well as more seasoned athletes. In a welcoming community environment, you will find constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity through the Level Method & the three CrossFit modalities – gymnastics, weightlifting & monostructural activities.

Hybrid Training

Hybrid Training provides existing CrossFit Group members supplementary programming to assist in reaching their particular goals 2-3 days per week. This type of training is typically used for extra skill, strength, and/or conditioning work created by a professional coach you are assigned to!

Semi-Private Training

Contender Semi-Private Training provides personalized fitness and lifestyle prescriptions for each client completely separate from the large group training. Stronger relationships are built between the coach and client that include different forms of accountability – helping the client figure out their “why” and connecting priority to their goals.

During Semi-Private Classes, members work closely with one of our coaches – alongside a small group of like-minded individuals. The coach each athlete is assigned to will tailor workout routines to meet the specific needs and abilities of each participant. This personalized approach allows for individualized attention, ensuring proper form, technique, and progression throughout the classes. Each client will receive guidance and support to help achieve fitness goals while maintaining a strong focus on safety and effectiveness.


Our Nutrition program provides a personalized, goal-oriented nutrition prescription for each client. Stronger relationships are built between the coach and client that include different forms of accountability – helping the client figure out their “why” and connecting priority to their goals. A touch on Lifestyle Prescriptions will help enhance this habit-based process for longer-lasting results.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training can provide a more 1-on-1 experience between the coach and athletes with no more than 2-5 athletes at a time. Although it is still a group setting, the client touches happen more frequently to zone in on movement, skill, technique, conditioning, and/or strength.

Personal Training

The purpose behind our Personal Training is to provide a personalized training plan for each client with a 1-on-1 experience. The assigned coach will be able to give undivided attention to movement and goals of the athlete.

Legends Class

The Legends Class is geared towards older adults (50+) focusing on strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Every workout is specifically designed to accommodate the fitness level and physical limitations of each person.

CrossFit Teens - Excel Class

This class provides opportunities for athletes to EXCEL at movement through practice, strength, and conditioning.

Age:13-17 years old

CrossFit Kids - Express Class

This class provides opportunities for kids to EXPRESS movement through practice, Movement Play, & begin to develop strength.
