Contender Kickstart Program

Our Kickstart Program provides the introduction every new CrossFitter needs to understand the methodology, modalities, nutrition, lifestyle, & culture of CrossFit the Contender way. This Kickstart Program is specifically designed for onboarding athletes who are interested in large group class training only. 

Group Classes

This group fitness program is geared towards beginners as well as more seasoned athletes. In a welcoming community environment, you will find constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity through the three CrossFit modalities – gymnastics, weightlifitng & monostructural activities.

Hybrid Training

Hybrid Training provides existing CrossFit Group members supplementary programming to assist members in reaching their particular goals 2-3 days per week. This type of training is typically used for extra skill, strength, and/or conditioning work.

Nutrition Coaching

Our Nutrition program provides a personalized nutrition prescription for each client. Stronger relationships are built between the coach and client that include different forms of accountability – helping the client figure out their “why” and connecting priority to their goals. A touch on Lifestyle Prescriptions will help enhance this habit-based process for longer-lasting results.

 

Individualized Design (ID)

ID provides a personalized fitness, nutrition and lifestyle prescription for each client. Stronger relationships are built between the coach and client that include different forms of accountability – helping the client figure out their “why” and connecting priority to their goals.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training can provide a more 1-on-1 experience between the coach and athletes with no more than 2-5 athletes at a time. Although it is still a group setting, the client touches happen more frequently to zone in on movement, skill, technique, conditioning, and/or strength. These sessions can also be supplementary programming that assists current CrossFit group members.

Personal Training

The purpose behind our Personal Training is to provide a personalized training plan for each client with 1-on-1 experience. The assigned coach will be able to give undivided attention to movement and goals of the athlete.

Legends Group Class

Natural aging leads us to lose aerobic endurance, muscle strength, and flexibility which can have disturbing effects on a person’s ability to perform everyday activities such as climbing stairs, picking up a grandchild or simply getting out of a chair or bath tub, predisposing adults to poorer function and greater risks of falls.

The Legends Class is geared towards older adults (60+) focusing on strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Every workout is specifically designed to accommodate the fitness level and physical limitation of each person.

Contender CrossFit Kids

“Movement For a Lifetime!”

 

The Explore Class (Ages 3-5) – This provides opportunities for kids to EXPLORE movement through practice and Movement Play.

 

The Express Class (Ages 6-12) – This provides opportunities for kids to EXPRESS movement through practice, Movement Play, & begins to develop strength.

With our Nutrition Coaching Program, we’ll help you find the optimal nutrition needs for your body type, overall health and goals. This program takes an in-depth look into your medical, physical, and lifestyle history to create the best plan for you.

Individualized Program Design

Do you have specific goals and are looking to maximize your time in the gym? Whether your goal is health and longevity or athletic performance, our experienced coaches will dive into your needs and work 1-on-1 to create optimal workouts that drive your success! One coach, one client, one community!
