THE FREE INTRO SESSION: CREATING YOUR ROADMAP FOR SUCCESS

Once you’re ready to move forward, we invite you to a free intro session. This session is a deeper dive into your goals and injury history, allowing us to:

  • Discuss your specific goals (whether it’s improving mobility, losing weight, increasing strength, or enhancing athletic performance)
  • Review your injury history to understand any limitations
  • Evaluate your schedule to find a plan that fits your lifestyle
  • Identify what you need from our coaches to support your journey

During the intro session, we begin to build a program tailored to your unique needs. Don’t worry no sweating involved. Our goal is to give you a roadmap that outlines how we’ll help you achieve your fitness goals safely and effectively.

HOW THE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS WORK

Our personal training sessions are designed to provide individualized attention for your specific goals and needs.

Here’s what a typical session looks like:

  1. Warm-Up: Every session begins with a warm-up. This warm-up focuses on mobility, joint preparation, and getting your body ready for more intensive work.
  2. Individualized Workouts: After the warm-up, your customized workout will be based on your goals, injury history, and experience level. The coach will help critique form, hold you accountable to reps, and motivate you to finish all the way through.
  3. Cool-Down: Our cool-downs are a great way to reflect with the coach on what worked that day, what has improved, and what you would like to see moving forward while getting great extra mobility in.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT: PROGRAMS THAT FOSTER CONSISTENCY

At Contender CrossFit, everything we do is designed to promote consistency because we know it’s the key to long-term results. Our personal training packages include:

  • Direct coaching in the gym
  • Homework programs you can complete on your own
