Contender CrossFit is not your ordinary gym…..We don’t charge memberships, we create relationships, We don’t take attendance, we expect commitment, we don’t use machines, we build them. We believe the pursuit of fitness is achieved through quality programming, coaching and community.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS FOR SENIORS

Natural aging leads us to lose aerobic endurance, muscle strength, and flexibility which can have disturbing effects on a person’s ability to perform everyday activities such as climbing stairs, picking up a grandchild or simply getting out of a chair or bath tub, predisposing adults to poorer function and greater risks of falls.

FFS is geared towards older adults (60+) focusing on strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Every workout is specifically designed to accommodate the fitness level and physical limitation of each person.

BIRTHFIT POSTPARTUM TRAINING

Now that you’ve brought a baby into the world, it’s time to rehab your body, mind & soul. In this 8-session group training series, you will establish a solid core foundation, wake up your posterior chain, & enhance your posture through safe, effective functional movements that transfer into everyday life tasks.
