Welcome to Contender CrossFit. Here, we build bodies, confidence and friendships. Never tried CrossFit before? Don’t sweat it. Our 4-session foundations course with a personal trainer gets you up to speed on the lingo, movements and everything you need to know to get started with CrossFit. We go at your pace, scale everything to fit you where you are, and get to know you and your goals personally so we can help you reach them faster.
After you finish your onboarding sessions, the fitness world is your oyster with us. We offer so much more than CrossFit, including gymnastics, barbell, nutritional counseling, personal training, and more. Our gym is open 7 days a week, and we don’t close between classes, so it’s super easy to fit getting strong into your schedule.
