“After my first WOD, my first thought was “Wow! This is real.” There is no playing around. If you want true results, you’ll come to Contender. If you want to feel like you’re part of a movement to be healthy, you’ll come to Contender. They will work with your athletic ability to achieve your goals. I certainly encourage everybody to give Contender a shot. You can’t beat the free community workouts on Saturdays. That’s how I started. I am more than satisfied with the results that I have seen. Like many people, life was starting to wear on me a little bit. I was going through a separation, then divorce, and not making the best life choices. Stronger Than I’ve Ever Been
